- 2 large packages of cream cheese (softened)
- 4-5 green onions chopped very fine, including some green tops
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped very fine
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- dash of black pepper
- 12-15 boiled shrimp, chopped very fine (can you more if you want)
- Mix all ingredient minus the shrimp.
- Use only enough milk to make the dip the right consistency.
- Add shrimp.
- Mix again.
- Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
