Spinach Bacon Dip

PREP INSTRUCTIONS
- Crumble bacon.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 block (16 ounces) of Velveeta cheese or substitute
- 10 ounces of chopped spinach
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 10 ounces of Rotel or substitute salsa
- 8 slices of bacon
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a slow cook or double boiler.
- Stir once cheese has melted.
