I ran into an acquaintance this past week who said something to me that I’ve heard several people mention before – he said, “I was so busy today that I forgot to eat lunch.” My immediate thought when I heard that was, “You know, I can’t say that I’ve actually encountered that problem.” And that brings us around to the topic of conversation on this installment of The Outdoor Cooking Show – meat!
