It’s that time of year, isn’t it? When we spend more time with our families. God has blessed Cindy and me in that both our kids – Derek and Schuyler, and our daughter-in-law Danielle – and of course, Liam – they all live within a couple of miles of our home, so we spend lots of time together already, but I realize many of you don’t have that blessing in your lives, so Christmas is a time when you do get to see and enjoy your families one-on-one and you want to make the most of it. So, that’s what we’re going to talk about today on The Outdoor Cooking Show – Christmas Dinner, because you don’t want to spend your entire holiday stuck in the kitchen instead of being able to enjoy watching your kids or your grandkids open presents and play with them for the rest of the day. Let’s face it, Christmas Dinner can be a time-consuming and exhausting ordeal, but there are ways to streamline the process and make it possible for you to enjoy the day, not just endure it.
