How many New Year’s Resolutions have you broken so far?  Oh, that’s almost as irritating as “Have you got all your Christmas shopping done yet?”   As I said last week, we break New Year’s Resolutions so quickly and easily, maybe our New Year’s Resolution should be to stop making so many New Year’s Resolutions.  After last week’s show, I realized the list of New Year’s Resolutions I referenced was in great dispute, because I immediately heard from listeners who sited other lists that put the most popular resolutions in a different order.  Many list “Quit Smoking” as number one, and “Pay Off Credit Cards” was on most lists, and my list didn’t even mention that one.  But no matter what order the resolutions were in they all included two prominent ones: “Lose Weight” and “Eat Healthy,” and in my defense both of those things were high on the list I quoted last week.  And that brings us around to the subject of today’s edition of The Outdoor Cooking Show – “Losing The Holiday Weight.”
