“Erin go Bragh” everybody!  Is that how you say it?  “Erin go Bragh?”  It means “Ireland Forever,” or something like that.  “Erin go Bragh.”  I’ve never really mastered the correct pronunciation for that phrase, but people throw it around on St. Patrick’s Day – which of course was last Friday…but I’m sure some people are just now sobering up fully.   On last week’s show, we intended to celebrate the official opening of prime crawfish season by talking about the many different ways to cook crawfish, but just as I predicted – we started talking about crawfish boils and that ate up all the time (excuse the pun).  So, we decided to revisit the subject this week and try again.
