Happy Easter everyone! The holiday when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus by eating chocolate Easter bunnies that supposedly deliver hardboiled chicken eggs. Talk about confusion of the species! By the way, if you happen upon a real Easter bunny that appears to be in the process of laying chocolate mini-eggs, you might want to think twice before you eat one. Just pointing that out ahead of time – trying to avoid an unfortunate situation. So today, we’re going to talk about Easter dinner – even though you may have already had your Easter dinner. To be honest, I didn’t plan ahead far enough to do this show last week, like I should have – but better late than never.
