This first installment of The Outdoor Cooking Show in November will center on the observance we celebrate today – which is National Bison Day. Actually, there is no annual official National Bison Day per se, even though several bills have been introduced in Congress to establish one, but it seems every year a congressman from Bison Country is forced to get a “one-off” bill passed to declare this day – November 4th – as National Bison Day for that year – and that year only.
