There are so many different ways to prepare the most popular entrée for Thanksgiving Dinner, aren’t there? I mean, when I was a kid, my grandmother – and then my mother and father after her – and now my wife all roasted turkeys for years, but now at-home chefs have a lot more options. We can fry a turkey Cajun-style. We can smoke a turkey on the backyard grill.
