I want to start off by dedicating this past week’s weather to those people who were convinced we’d seen the last bit of cold weather for the winter. So, forgive my skepticism – but to paraphrase Samuel Langhorne Clemens, “The rumors of winter’s demise are greatly exaggerated,” in my mind – at least until Rodeo is over. Because we always seem to get at least one more blast of cold air before the cowboys leave town. Which raises the topic for today’s edition of The Outdoor Cooking Show – the World’s Championship BBQ Contest at the Rodeo.
