Happy weekend, everybody! As always, we here on The Outdoor Cooking Show hope all of you have had a good week, and we also hope you have a fun, relaxing weekend planned. I’ll be perfectly honest – it’s been a tough week in the Hames house, because Tuesday my wife’s mother passed away, and as a family – we have struggled with that loss. I hesitated to even mention that event, but when I stopped to think about it I reflected back on one of the bywords of this show, “Cooking is an act of love,” and no one in my life embodied that spirit better than my mother-in-law.
