Here we go! Week two of our show, and there’s so much to talk about – not to mention so much to learn. In case you missed our first show – shame on you – all we ask is total devotion, cradle to grave – nothing more – nothing less. But just in case you missed our first show let me explain again that I am not a chef, or even a foodie – as I’m sure many of you are. I’m just a guy who likes to grill meat and eat! But as I emphasized last week, that’s probably a good thing, because many of the people we’ll feature and interview on The Outdoor Cooking Show will be – chefs and foodies and cookbook authors and meat purveyors and grill manufacturers and seasonings experts.
